FOYL AKA

Maja Mágedli – voc, comp
Mathei Florea – keys, comp
Conrad Steinhoff – e-bass
Arno Grussendorf – guitar
Rafat Muhammad – drums

Mysterious dreams, special characters, fascinating places – there is no end for profound resources to inspire a remarkable and unique band name.
Well in this uplifting case two best friends were eating some terrible burgers in a low-key ghosted fast food restaurant at 2 AM and accidentally found a phone application which generates invented band names.„Foyl aka” popped up, and bam, the baby was born.
“Neo soul meets jazz”
All songs of FOYL AKA are written by hungarian vocalist Maja Mágedli and estonian piano player Mathei Florea, the two have been lucky enough to discover that they inspire and perfectly complement each other’s musical approach in composing and arranging which clearly reflects in their repertoire too.
The band furthermore consists Arno Grussendorf on guitar, Conrad Steinhoff on electric bass and David Guy on drums. Foyl Aka first met at the renowned Jazz Institute Berlin (UdK) and they have quickly realized how smooth, natural and thrilling it feels to create a soft yet grooving sound together. These compositions are influenced by mostly neo soul in a jazz context; though the group does not intend to limit its genres and is excited to build an own little world without clear musical boundaries.

Ikua and Ryu

Ikua Shim – vocal, looper
Handong Ryu – Guitar

Ikua & Ryu is a South Korean guitar-vocal duo based in Berlin. They think it’s painfully awkward to write this introduction themselves in the third person. Interestingly, this awkwardness and shyness are often the main motifs of what they sing about. Their music is influenced partly by western classical, jazz, and most importantly by Korean folk music and K-pop back in the good old days.

Hawkins/Forde/Dinsdale

Xina Hawkins – Viola
Declan Forde – Piano
Jordan Dinsdale – Drums

Improvised Music

Australian violist Alexina Hawkins lives in Berlin and has performed, recorded and toured in various ensembles including the Kammerakademie Potsdam, Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin and the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, appearing throughout Europe, North & South America, Asia and Australia. Alexina has performed solo and chamber music at Bang On A Can Summer Festival (USA), Festival Opera Barga (Italy), Canberra International Music Festival, Bangalow Festival, and Bendigo International Festival of Exploratory Music, amongst others. She has presented two solo recitals in Berlin’s weekly series for contemporary music, “unerhörte musik”, and was invited to the Flying Carpet Festival, a performing arts festival for children on the Turkish/Syrian border in 2020 (festival postponed to 2022). She has improvised, recorded and performed with an eclectic array of musicians including Anna Morley, Agnes Obel and Damon Albarn. Alexina co-founded two energetic ensembles (Phoenix Trio and sextet “hear now berlin”) with musicians who share her idealistic, energetic and open-minded approach to music-making.
Alexina studied viola with Tor Fromyhr, Caroline Henbest, Chris Moore and William Coleman, at the ANU School of Music (Canberra), Australian National Academy of Music (Melbourne) and privately in Berlin. More recently, she has attended courses taught by Tatjana Masurenko and Simone Jandl.
Declan Forde was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and has been based in Berlin since 2014 working as an improvising musician and composer. Early in his musical development Forde became interested in improvisation, being exposed to the music of Cecil Taylor and Marilyn Crispell and is involved in various aspects of the Jazz tradition, Free Improvisation and New Music.
He has worked frequently with dancers and interdisciplinary artists.
Current projects include a trio with violist Xina Hawkins and drummer Jordan Dinsdale which blurs the lines between Jazz, Neue Musik and Noise. Forde is active as an improviser performing solo piano and in 2019 was invited Berliner Festspiele to perform as part of American artist Rashid Johnson’s installation Antoine’s Organ at Berlin’s Gropius Bau July-December 2019 (part of the exhibition Garden of Earthly Delights). Since 2016 Forde has been co-curating the monthly improvised music residency Practically Married with bassist James Banner at Donau115 in Berlin.
Other projects as a sideman include James Banner’s USINE (featured in portraits and broadcasts by Deutschlandfunk Kultur and RBB Kultur), the trio FROG with violinist Fabiana Striffler and James Banner, and duo with American bassist Greg Cohen.
Beyond the world of Jazz and improvised music, Forde has performed, toured and recorded for over ten years with the Scottish singer and artist Rachel Sermanni. He plays piano on her first release ‘The Bothy Sessions’ (2011) and ‘So it Turns’ (2019).
Jordan Dinsdale is a young British drummer living in Berlin. He has studied Jimmy Cobb, Chris Cheek, Jimmy Wormworth and Greg Cohen. Since moving to Berlin in June 2019, Jordan has recorded a trio EP with the great Greg Cohen and Declan Forde entitled FORDE/COHEN/DINSDALE. In winter 2019, Jordan and bassist Yonatan Levi recorded in with Ofer Ganor and Ilya Lushtak, two companions on the New York scene. After meeting Doug Weiss in early 2020, they have already collaborated in different situations and share a love for the same beat. They currently have a trio with Béla Meinberg on piano. Some of Jordan’s teachers are Jimmy Cobb, Johnathan Blake and Eric McPherson.

SoKo Steidle

Rudi Mahall – bcl
Henrik Walsdorff – as
Jan Roder – ba

Urban Animal

Tobias Krüger: Altsax
Nicolas Greiner: Guitar
Stephan Deller: Bass
Ludwig Bormann: Synths, Sampling, FX
Lukas Rutzen: Drums

Pedro Martins Solo

Pedro Martins – guitar, vocals, keys

Vox is the second solo album from Brazilian guitarist Pedro Martins. The album comes after the release of one solo album, 2011’s Dreaming High. The album Vox was co-produced by Pedro Martins and Kurt Rosenwinkel and was released on Berlin-based independant label Heartcore Records. Since the release of his debut album, Pedro Martins has quietly but assuredly become one of the Brazil’s most respected artists. Still just twenty eight years old, he has lent his playing, songwriting and arranging talents to a range of stand out releases, from Brazil contemporaries such as Daniel Santiago, Michael Pipoquinha, Frederico Heliodoro and Antonio Loureiro to world-renowned jazz musicians like Kurt Rosenwinkel, Genevieve Artadi and on Thundercat’s It Is What It Is album.

Pedro Martins is now focussing on his first album of new material in two years. The artist will release his third solo album through Heartcore Records next year.

Reza Askari ROAR

Stefan Karl Schmid – saxes
Reza Askari – double bass
Fabian Arends – drums

The Trio of Cologne-based bassist and composer Reza Askari unites three young, virtuoso and most interesting protagonists of the current European jazz- and improvised music scene.
Together with Stefan Karl Schmid on saxophones and Fabian Arends on drums, Askari has created a homogeneously, warm and round- sounding group, fully loaded with high energy and constant sake to experiment.
All three musicians are equal partners of interaction, therefore the three- dimensional band sound is not missing a harmony instrument.
The musical foundation of the group consists of friendship, trust and the attempt of always finding new ways of musical expression.
Playing with structures and forms in union with traditional values of jazz music makes Roar an exciting and intensive listening experience.
So far the trio has toured all over Germany, Europe, Colombia and Indonesia.
Roar released their second studio album in spring 2020 on Berlin-based label QFTF.

“Mangy chamber punk jazz”

What seems to be pure anarchy is in fact carefully choreographed music that constantly pulls the rug from under you: the bass clarinet can be anything from a bass instrument to a solo singer, the guitar takes the rhythm but also the bass or solo parts, while the drums deftly link all these elements.
This is devil-may-care music, a hilarious tightrope walk between insanity and precision.

GRAVID

Valentin Gerhardus – piano
Jacob Mundt – bass
Marius Wankel – drums

Gravid – the danish word for pregnant – is our attempt on fertilizing sound, trying to make music feel like music. The obscure line is never in the same place, and through listening and blend, we lure the music out. Join us on a trip of overtones, with a healthy dose of irregular timbre-vitamins. Completely improvised – it will probably feel weird in the good way!

Tribal Gate

TRIBAL GATE is a group formed in Berlin in the summer of 2020. It consists of Eldar Tsalikov on woodwinds, Martin Buhl on bass and Fermín Merlo on drums.
The group plays freely improvised music as well as songs and compositions in their own interpretation.
The group came together with a shared goal in mind, namely to explore the art of improvisation in as many different contexts as possible.
This goal has brought the group to seek out different locations all around Berlin, from clubs and galleries to the forests, parks and streets.
All of the musicians in the group are also very active with other projects and artists on the music scene of Berlin.

Eldar Tsalikov (saxophone / clarinet / flute )
Born in 1993 in Rostov-on-Don, Russia into a musicians family. At the age of eight Eldar began learning saxophone at the Kim Nazaretov Children’s Jazz School, eventually picking up piano and flute as well. After ten years of studying classical and jazz repertoire he graduated in 2011, after which he moved to Berlin in order to continue his studies at the Jazz Institut Berlin. During his time at the institute, Eldar discovered his big love for clarinet and it’s sound, which lead him to embrace it as his ‘second main’ instrument. In 2018 Eldar graduated receiving his bachelor- and master’s degrees.
While developing his own style of playing, he got to work, tour and record with numerous European and Western performers of various kinds, most notably Greg Cohen, Joey Baron, Laurie Anderson, Eyvind Kang, Marcin Masecki, Manlio Maresca, Tobias Delius, Elias Stemeseder, Anna Webber.

Martin Buhl (double bass)
Martin Buhl, a native of Denmark, moved to Berlin in 2012 to study at the Jazz Institute of Berlin. He spent years studying with legendary bass player Greg Cohen, and, apart from studying, got many opportunities to play with a wide variety of artists, both in Germany, the rest of Europe, Japan and Africa. Throughout the years, he has been working, touring and recording with a wide variety of artists in many different genres, such as: Carl Winther, Logan RIchardson, J.Lamotta, Karsten Troyke, Tomas Franck, Niclas Campagnol and Joel Holmes.

Fermín Merlo (drums / percussion )
Fermín Merlo, Buenos Aires Argentina, has been part of the Buenos Aires Jazz scene for more than a decade
forming multiple projects with its most recognized Jazz musicians, performing in the most
prestigious Jazz venues in the city, as much as festivals around Argentina and other
Latin American countries.
He has also formed groups of great international artists who have been touring Argentina:
Tim Berne, Tony Malaby, Leo Genovese, Ralph Alessi, Mike Moreno and John Hollenbeck.
Since two years he’s based in Berlin performing actively in the Berlin Jazz scene.

“NGT” Trio

Hugo Fernandez – e-guitar/effects
Roland Fidezius – e-bass/effects
Augustin Strizzi – drums

NGT is the meeting of three musicians with a vision of contemporary jazz. Music that draws on the tradition of jazz and other music with a sometimes raw and experimental spirit… their sounds are thoughtful and take us into unexpected soundscapes.
This new unique band presents mainly original compositions, but also some arrangements of jazz standards.
https://www.hugofernandez.net/
http://www.rolandfidezius.de/
http://www.agustinstrizzi.com/

Hugo Fernandez – Guitarist
Hugo Fernandez is a Mexican jazz musician who has already released three albums with his compositions, has participated in festivals and clubs in America, Spain and is increasingly making a name for himself in the German and European jazz scene. After living in Madrid for 12 years, he has now settled in Berlin where he collaborates with a rich variety of musicians.
His album “Cosmogram” (Origin Records), together with drummer Antonio Sánchez, was very well received by the public and received excellent reviews from Rollingstone Magazine, Jazztimes, El País and Downbeat Magazine, which rated “Cosmogram” as one of the best albums of 2015.

Roland Fidezius – E-Bass lives in Berlin, Germany, as a bassplayer (Acoustic and Electric) and composer. He is an important part of the Berlin-scene and also teams up with many great musicians in Europe and abroad. Several recordings and performances on many festivals in Europe, the US, Canada and Africa show him playing with musicians like Samuel Blaser, Ingrid Laubrock, Kris Davis, Tom Arthurs, Zach Brock, Christian Lillinger, Gebhard Ullman, Olaf Rupp and Max Richter besides many others. As a bandleader he recorded and produced the CD “Oscar & Emma” with his band ODD SHOT. He is a featured artist of the German Jazzthing/Next Generation-series with the Lorenz
Hargassner Quartet and was the Berlin-Representative of the 1st Bundesjazzwerkstatt in Germany. Current projects of him are Peter Van Huffel’s Gorilla Mask, the Christian Krischkowsky-Quartett, Mac ‘n Bass, Simon Vincent’s Occasional Trio, Rhinow, Call Me Cleo and Rico & the Black Pumas.
Quotes:
“(…)terrific bassist Roland Fidezius.”
Raul Da Gama, 08/2014
Einer der “besten Musiker der German Hauptstadt.”
Reinhold Horn, Plärrer, 02/2011
On “Bite My Blues”…”Roland Fidezius is credited with effects, but that sideline in no way hides the bludgeoning attack to which he subjects his four-string. Sticking to electric on Bite My Blues, Fidezius produces a vehement grumble similar to Lemmy Kilmister’s and Chris Squire’s, without himself wielding their characteristic Rickenbacker. Regardless of make, the bass here sounds pugilistically forthright.” Neil Hobkirk, wallofsound.ca, 2014.

Agustin Strizzi – Drums
Is a musician and music instructor from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a wide range of experience in percussion, composing, and arranging music. His love for music began at an early age when he found an affinity for the drums, his main instrument, and performing at gigs.
Wanting to pursue his passion further, Agustin followed both traditional and nontraditional means of education by attending several traditional schools such as the ITMC (Contemporary Music Institute) and then traveling internationally to expand his musical horizons. The music led him to the USA, Brazil, Cuba, Uruguay & Poland where he took private lessons with experts and renowned musicians along the way.
Driven by the power of music, he set out to dissolve his own borders. He´s toured on Rock stages, appeared on TV Shows such as Good Morning Lithuania, and Jazz Festivals. He has also performed at Symphonic Halls, like Gasteig in Munich, and Theaters and in Musicals in both European and American countries, including Romania, Switzerland, Bolivia, Spain and Mexico. Currently residing in Berlin, Germany, Agustin focuses on sharing the gift of music through his teaching activities and his own unique sound. He is also working on the production of his new album while fulfilling the role of a sideman.

Andy Aquarius & Viktor’s Joy

Andy Aquarius solo, Viktor’s Joy solo

Andy Aquarius:
A rare serenity and an honest statement in the age of cheap thrills, disruption antics, corporate limbo and conspicuous meme energy.
Andy has honed a sound; with satisfaction and clear intent. It’s Atlantean music, that is to say, it glides, it pulses forward with the
determination of naval movements, joyfully watching and evading the crushing inevitability of Pop Melody and the Great Flood. Big
waves, swirling motifs unfold, and the perfect space is left open for the crystalline atmosphere to expand.

Viktor’s Joy:
Viktor’s Joy is the musical project of Estonian, Berlin based songwriter and composer Kaarel Malken. Through his
autobiographical lyrics, supported by hypnotic guitar picking and a voice steady and low, Malken describes people,
neighborhoods, bus journeys – his interior and exterior world. In 2017 he released his first fulminant record ‘I used
to be clean’. Viktor’s Joy is able to give you the “Leonard Cohen Afterworld” Kurt Cobain longed for in ‘Pennyroyal Tea’.

Peter Meyer FLOAT

Peter Meyer: GUITAR —> PROCESSING

“There is probably no comparable guitarist in Germany who is as versatilely oriented and works as creatively as Peter Meyer,” writes the music magazine Sound and Image. Jazzthetik calls him a “master of sounds”.
FLOAT is the solo project of the Berlin-based musician. Here he combines his unique guitar voice with self-developed digital instruments, sound processors, samplers and sequencers. All influences from sound art, experimental music, jazz improvisation, avant-garde pop, electronics and new music merge together.
Peter Meyer gained national and international attention especially with his longtime band “Melt Trio” (together with his brother Bernhard Meyer and Moritz Baumgärtner). Since 2010, his band have been delighting audiences and the trade press with numerous releases and concerts at home and abroad. In 2015 and 2017 he was nominated for the Echo Jazz.

Matilda Abraham

Matilda Abraham makes ambient, electronic pop music. Her sound combines a long-lasting fascination with songwriting with fluid, effortless vocals, warm synthesizers, and intricate song arrangements. Her very personal aesthetic emphasizes stylistic exploration, vocal beauty and emotional openness.
After releasing her debut album in 2016, ‘New Balloon’ Matilda was one of 35 artists selected from thousands of applicants world-wide to take part in the prestigious Red Bull Music Academy residence in Montreal, Canada.
Away (2018), was a bold creative leap and a serious extension of her skills as she fully recorded, produced and mixed the EP herself.
Matilda has appeared in the music of well-known Australian jazz musicians Ben Vanderwal (My Name Is Nobody), Michael Rivett’s Digital Seed and alongside Nate Wood and Orlando LeFleming in Sean Wayland’s Joisey Trio (USA). Her most recent EP ‘Sexpectation’ was released in March 2021 and featured acclaimed artists Wanja Slavin (DE) Takumi Motokawa (JAP) and Carl Morgan (AUS) and was recorded at Red Bull Music Studios, Berlin.

Miss Nöyd

Growing up in a tiny fishing town in the isolated north of Norway, Miss Nöyd was forced to find inspiration in the juxtaposition between the violence of nature and the safe but clammy existence of insular, small-town living. It’s no wonder she was drawn to the artistic opportunities and pulsating energy of Europe’s music-capital Berlin.

Her compositions are characterized by humble but clear pop melodies that leave space for pristine vocal deliveries that enchant and entice. Her lyrics are waves of consciousness that reflect a voice that is seasoned with experience and emotion, the perfect harmony between vulnerability and strength.

Dima Bondarev Trio

Dima Bondarev — trumpet
Igor Osypov — guitar
Nathan Ott — drums

Dima Bondarev’s warm thoughtful playing and writing is a treat. His use of space is refreshing and the high spirited group of musicians he assembled play beautifully throughout his CD «I’m Wondering»
Dima Bondarev Trio is one of the brightest examples of how versatile cultures, music trends, mindsets united and driven by the universal power of jazz can take shape of an offbeat, well-balanced and exquisite formation. His dedication to jazz has been around since early childhood. In his early twenties, he became part of two well-known Ukrainian jazz bands, Magnifika Group and Acoustic Quartet. After moving to Berlin in 2013 Dima formed his own international band, which has shared many happy and glorious moments together. Some of the highlights are : the 2nd price of ’50. Jazz and Odra festival’ in Wroclaw (Poland, 2014), the 1st Price of Festival de Jazz à Montauban (France, 2014) and JIB-Jazz-Preis Der Karl Hofer Gesellschaft Gestiftet von Toni und Albrecht Kumm (Germany, 2015), 2nd Price of Umbria Jazz Festival (Italy, 2017)
On September 2017 Dima’s Quintet released his debut album under the Unit Records called I’m Wondering.
In beginning of 2018 Dima formed his new Quartet. This projectplayed many concerts in Germany and Poland. On January 2019 Band got grant from Berliner Senat for recording album.
Since autumn 2021 Dima becomes a member of Focusyear Band, where he will get a possibilitiy to collaborate with Aaron Parks, Jeff Ballard, Miguel Zenon, Becca Stevens, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Sullivan Fortner, Larry Greandier and others.Dima has been collaborating with many outstanding musicians of European and American scenes, among them – Greg Cohen, Joey Baron, NDR Big Band, Brussels Jazz Orchestra, Jim Black, Nels Cline, Steve Turre, Conrad Herwig and many others.

Nathan Ott (drums)

Guitarist and composer Igor Osypov with his crunchy, slightly distorted sound has become one of the distinct voices in jazz as well as indie-rock and fusion. His playing with “blood and guts” brings a “fresh and complete concept” (allaboutjazz.com) to concert stages and jazz clubs all over the world. One of the albums that he has worked on as a part of Logan Richardson’s project “Blues People” has been listed under the top 3 jazz albums of 2018 by the New York Times.
“A secret weapon from Ukraine” (Jazz Times), Igor earned his recognition by touring internationally and also recording with some of the greatest artists. Among those are Logan Richardson (both of his latest projects SHIFT and Blues People), Kurt Rosenwinkel, Nasheet Waits, Tech N9ne, Josh Ginsburg, Wanja Slavin, Bodek Janke, Diego Pinera, Elias Stemeseder and others. All while developing his own band, and recording his debut (“I”, Unit Records, 2015) and sophomore (“Dream Delivery”, For-Tune, 2016) albums.
Both as a sideman and a band leader Igor took part in a number of major jazz festivals and events around the globe such as NPR Tiny Desk, Copenhagen Jazz Festival, Montreaux Jazz Festival and others. He won awards in many different contests in Europe such as Montauban Jazz, Smietana jazz guitar competition and Jazz nad Odra.
Igor has been developing his own unique multilayered style of playing whilst studying at the Jazz Institute Berlin with renowned musicians such as Kurt Rosenwinkel, John Hollenbeck, Greg Cohen, Gerard Presencer, Marc Muellbauer, Tino Derado, Wolfgang Köhler, Jörg Achim Keller and others. During his studying Igor was awarded with Deutschlandstipendium and JIB-Jazz-Preis der Karl Hofer Gesellschaft 2015. Shortly after his graduation as a Master of composition in 2019 Igor was granted the scholarship Elsa-Neumann Stipendium. In 2020, Igor is working simultaneously on two interconnected projects, both of which deal with the concept of Motherland in different ways.

JABLOT MUNCH ZOO

Jacob Mundt – Kontrabas & compositions
Julius Gawlik – Tenor Saxophone
Valentin Gerhardus – Piano
Marius Wankel – Drums

Jablot Munch brings his trained music monkeys from his little Zoo in Kreuzberg, to show you all how far they’ve come with their training. They have learned Jablots music, music that is coloured by a scandinavian tone and sensitivity but still with room for the monkeys playful nature. Sometimes they don’t do what they are told, and that is usually pretty exciting! So come out to Donaustraße to hear a slightly unusual concert, with a risky feel.
Don’t bring bananas, they’ll go crazy –

The Nation Mourns

The Nation Mourns is the musical brain child of Irish songwriter Neil O’Shea. Growing up with a wide range of blues and rock influence, it was the haunting timbre of artists such as Tom Waits, Nick Drake, and Jackson C Frank that drew him to songwriting. This has lead him to lyrics of landscapes and leaving for home; while subtle, melancholic melodies draw you ever further into the music.
“He snakes his lyrical phrasing around the beat expertly expressing the weight of every word and the music carries that burden with a sense of kindness and compassion.”

Westergaard, Sebastian Gille, Rainer Böhm, Niels Klein, Vladislav
Sendecki oder Claus Stötter.

PFAU is a quartet comprised of Bassist Phil Donkin, Saxophonists Uli Kempendorff und Asger Uttrup Nissen, und Drummer Fabian Rösch. The Berlin-based group formed in 2021 and perform original music composed by all of the members. With a compositional focus on intervallic, spacial rhythmic forms, the improvisations follow in both parallel unity and juxtaposed cognisance. The four musicians weave, glide and sometimes scrap with the thematic material causing an uncanny Smorgasbord of rhapsody and visceral discordancy.

Accompanied by an All-Star team of intergalactic space-musicians, fresh out of the studio, Jessie Monk and band present a selection of original space-infant songs that are being moulded, massaged, slapped, shoved, carved, caressed, spat on by Zuess, breathed on by Athena and sprung into life for a summer evening at Donau 115.

Join Jessie, Fabiana Strifler, Paul Santner, Conor Cunningham and Gidon Carmel for an exciting expedition among friends into and among the Fields of Barley.
Jessie Monk is a conglomeration of subatomic particles, originally from GunaiKurnai land in Australia. She sings folk songs inspired by the people she keeps meeting, stories she keeps hearing and thresholds she keeps walking through. Also a dancer and an actor, Jessie has played in some major musicals in Australia, including David Bowie’s last piece, Lazarus. She began singing her tunes for people around Israel in 2019 before moving to Berlin in 2020 where she’s been astounded by her warm welcome to the thriving folk scene. Chasing the holy grail of albums like Blue and New Skin for the Old Ceremony, from Jessie, you can expect to hear earthy, story-lead folk songs about longing, loving and meeting that stranger in the mirror who continually surprises us.

Plague Fun: Corona Rules

Case numbers are low, but the bug’s still around so we will be taking many measures to make sure we’re all doing our part to end the pandemic once and for all.

1: OUTSIDE SEATING- To join us outside, you must provide contact tracing information. We will keep this information safe for the required amount of time and destroy it with fire once that time has ellapsed.

2: INSIDE SEATING- To join us inside, you must provide contact tracing information as above. Additionally, you must provide either a negative test result from the previous 24 hours or proof of full vaccination, without exception. If you want to see a show inside, plan accordingly.

3: NO STANDING ROOM- If you are inside, you must be either seated or moving. Absolutely no standing will be allowed. A maximum of ten people, from a maximum of five households, may sit at a table pod.

4: TABLE SERVICE- Please do not come up to the bar. One of us will come to your table and take your drink order.
6: MASKS- wear one when walking around the space

5: CLOSING TIME- We will shut down the bar at midnight (00:00), which means last call for drinks will happen around 11:30. Please treat our staff with patience as they enforce this rule. We hope to be able to party with you without time limits soon, but for a bit longer we must follow these rules. Be patient. It will be worth the wait.

6: BE PATIENT AND FLEXIBLE- These rules are subject to change. We follow the directions of the Berlin Senate and when they provide new guidelines we will follow those. Always check the FB event or the website prior to coming to the concert to make sure you’re prepared for any government limitations that may have been imposed since last time you checked.
